Qualifications & Requirements

 

For most of our frontline roles (e.g., Support Worker, Key Worker, Team Leader), we ask for:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, Children and Young People, or equivalent

• Up-to-date enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)

• Relevant experience working with young people in care, supported housing, or similar settings

• Strong understanding of safeguarding, professional boundaries, and risk management

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins

Additional training such as First Aid, Prevent, Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), County Lines awareness, and trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
